Bruce Jaffin - President and Founder
Bruce has over 35 years of experience in all facets of construction and has held positions as a licensed Superintendent, Project Manager, Director of Construction, Vice President of Business Development, and President during his long and established career. He holds a Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, an MBA in accounting and Finance, the ABC license for the City of Boston and the MA superintendant license. He has also received his LEED AP accreditation and was instrumental in assisting with the first Massachusetts LEED automobile dealership receiving its Silver LEED award. Bruce was also on the Board of Directors of the AGC Open Shop Counsel and continues to grow with the ever changing construction industry.






Karen Henry - Controller
For the past 25 years, Karen has been working in the construction field in all aspects of construction accounting from payroll clerk to that of Controller for several companies. She is well versed in all variations of computer software including, but not limited to Computer Guidance, Business Works, Sage Contractor100, Microsoft excel and windows. Karen's strengths are that of timely and thorough GMP requisitions to clients with all supporting documentation, job costing and balancing monthly financials. Her client relationships and communication skills are superb.








Eileen Appel - Office Manager
Eileen has over 25 years of experience coordinating, planning, and supporting daily operational and administrative functions, praised for a positive attitude and, interacts well with all levels of management. Her past roles included Facilities management; indirect cost control, including monitoring of overhead expenses for the office with a responsibility to budget adherence; approval of all overhead expenses and processing of accounts payable; coordination of production needs, including client-deliverable work, maintaining the highest standards of quality and client service.










Shane Logan - Project Superintendant
Shane, a 15 yr carpenter by trade, has demonstrated his planning abilities and construction acumen that he has been a project superintendant for 12 years. His projects range from small interior renovations to a multi-million dollar projects (The Concord Market in Concord MA). Our clients appreciate Shane's strong work ethic and drive in all projects he works on. Shane also holds an operators license as well as OSHA training certificates.








Jerry Brewery - Project Superintendant
Jerry Brewery is a 17 yr carpenter by trade and has been a competent MA Licensed superintendant on several projects. His experience includes both renovations and ground-up projects. He has done jobs such as a multi-phased exterior façade renovation of a shopping center in the greater Boston area, tenant fit ups, car dealerships, day cares, worship center, and many more. Jerry receives accolades from both the architect and owners representatives on all projects he works on. Jerry has training in First Aid and OSHA safety programs.






Steve Lamb – Chief Estimator
Steve has over 40 years of direct estimating experience culminating all of Vector's pre-construction and hard bid estimates including public bid pricing. He is very proactive in recognizing construction issues prior to their inception. His vast knowledge of the building codes serves our clients and architects well. Steve has worked on projects ranging from small T.I. build-out to projects in excess of $10,000,000. Representative clients are automobile dealerships, supermarkets, educational facilities, and government work.






Sean Flanigan
Sean is a seasoned construction professional with over 35 years of field experience and graduated with a drafting degree. He was a member of the Boston Carpenters Union for 18 years and has been a superintendent for 7 years running tenant fit out jobs as well as ground up projects. He has been involved in several pharmaceutical and educational projects from new construction as well as tenant fit-out while being occupied in both high risers and large campus properties. He has OSHA training. Sean enjoys taking on the challenges each day brings.
